The Challenge
Experts were forced to context-hop between isolated data silos, hindering automotive diagnostics. I was brought in after six months of fragmented meetings to untangle the messy information architecture and user flows.
The Solution
I gathered all ideas and structured them into a cohesive architectural flow. I abstracted elements into reusable modular components and mapped out complex workflows (e.g., holiday entry, overtime exit).
