I work best where the problem is unclear, the stakes are real, and the team needs someone who can hold both the design and the delivery.
I start by finding where the real problem actually is. That means asking uncomfortable questions, assessing risks early, and resisting the urge to jump to solutions. Once the picture is clear, I guide clients in the right direction with empathy, structured processes, and Scrum as the delivery backbone. And when we're heading for a wall, I say so.
Talk to users, find the gaps, turn findings into requirements. I run testing at every stage so the design keeps getting sharper as the project moves forward.
Certified Scrum Master with real sprint experience. I facilitate ceremonies, write developer-ready specs, and keep design and engineering moving in the same direction.
Some problems are messy by nature. I map how things actually work, find where the bloat is, and restructure it into something people can use without a manual.
Co-founded a regional cultural festival and led visual identity, digital experience, and team operations. Grew it from zero to 3,000+ attendees over three years.
