The Challenge
Conformity of Production (COP) regulations require rigorous documentation of every vehicle part to meet strict UN standards. If an audit fails, vehicle production halts. The team was flying blind because the mapping of evolving regulations to tasks, and tracking the responsible external persons (outside IT) to verify parts, was buried in fragmented Excel silos.
